I'm getting an error message that states: Incorrect syntax near ','. and I can't seem to figure it out. Pls assist.

when isnull(bar_year,0) <> 0 and datediff(yyyy,getdate(),convert(datetime,(bar_mont h + '/01/' + bar_year,101)) <= -10 then year(dateadd(yyyy,-10,getdate()))
else isnull(bar_year,0) end as DuesID,
If there is a better way of writing this please let me know.
