Hello,
I database table that I need to add checkbox data (using an array) and
standar fields. My standard fields insert just fine, as does my array
when trying them alone. Together - doesn't work.
The table field for the array is a type 'SET' and it contains the
strings I am sending to it.
I'm unsure of how to code the INSERT INTO statement - here's what I
have.
$MYARRAY = implode($MY_ARRAY, ",");
$qry = "INSERT INTO main_tbl SET indexp='$MYARRAY',";
$qry .= "(name,address,zip)";
$qry .= "VALUES ('$f1','$f2','$f3')";
$result = mysql_query($qry);
$MYARRAY gets is values from a checkbox.
All this data is passed from another form and works fine, the $f1, $f2
,$f3 values update by themselves, as does he $MYARRAY when I remove
the 3 standard fields.
Is this possible to combine a checkbox and standard fields in the
INSERT INTO statement?
Thanks in advance!
