connection via MySQLCC

Hello,
i've a db on my PC.

It has 192.168.50.195 IP.
It has a user, named amministrazione, who can select records in this db.

If i launch mysqlCC as amministrazione to localhost, i can access to db.
If i launch mysqlCC as amministrazione to my IP, i can't access to db.

ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on '192.168.50.195' (10061)

Any idea about this problem?

PS in my my.cnf there is not "skip-networking" option
PS in my grant table i've amministrazione@% user who can select on db.
Please help me :-)

Do you have a firewall on your PC which is preventing access on that port?
When you access using 'localhost' it uses the socket file; when you connect
to the IP address it uses the port/networking. If you have the port closed
in the firewall it won't be able to connect that way.

No; it is not protected by firewall?

I've not a firewall on my PC because it is protected from a upper firewall.
