Row Comment?

Running 4.0.18, I've added a comment to a row during CREATE TABLE as such:

create table foo (bar tinyint(1) comment 'fubar');

This works fine (no errors, anyway), but I can't seem to figure out how to
EVER see that comment again! None of the SHOW commands (including DESCRIBE)
will reveal my comment to me.

This is a standard MyISAM table. Any enlightenment would be greatly
appreciated.
