how to insert a quote char

How to insert a quote char?

create table T (name varchar(10));

In T we want to insert the following string of 3 chars

ab'

insert into T(name)
values('ab'');

Oops. That's syntax error.

Out of curiosity, how is it in ANSISql and other databases?
