hello all, i am writing an application at the moment for my company, i need to be able to save scanned pdf's into a database....question here is what is better: saving the actual file in the db or saving the path? for the better choice, could someone please help me with setting up the code for the insertion and retrieval? i have searched google and all i can get is php stuff....i understand that for inserting the actual file into the db, you have set up a filestream and things of that nature, so please could someone help me get pointed in the right direction with maybe some sample code or anything, im pulling my hair out!!!

thanks tons in advance...
