Restoring FRM Files?

Instead of using the backup process of MySQL Administrator, what I only did was to copy the Data folder from MySQL Server folder directly to my desktop. It has some files in it and my tables has frm extensions.

I uninstalled MySQL and reinstalled it. How do I restore my database?

For restoring the data, you'll also need to have backed up other files together with the .frms for each table.
e.g For MyISAM you need to have myd and myi files. as well for the data.

The .frms only contain only the table structures. If that's all you want to restore then you can use the hexdump tool on unix (I'm not sure how to do it on other platforms).
