One Host but two masters

I've got one master machine containing several databases and two other
machines which I want to be slaves. However, I want each slave to only
replicate some of the databases from the master, not all of them.

eg. host "master" has databases "db1", "db2" and "db3"
host "slave1" wants to replicate "db1" and "db2" only
host "slave2" wants to replicate "db1" and "db3" only

Both slaves are read-only so there's no worry about 2-way replication.

Is it possible to set up MySQL to have 2 masters on the same "master"
host? The only way I can see to do this is to have 2 separate MySQL
processes on the master host, which seems a very awkward way of doing
things. I'm also not sure this could cope with both masters
replicating "db1".

Any other suggestions on how to this? I don't want to replicate all
the databases to each slave because there is sensitive data in some of
the tables.

Thanks in advance for any ideas,

Brian
