Select a row having Null value

I want to select all rows which are has the NULL value for that i am using this query but it is not working.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. select * from rma_details where  service_status = NULL;
But this query has return nothing.
Is any Idea Please

For null, use 'is' instead of '='
