Its a question between mysql and MCSE!!!

I'm about to give my class 12 board exams this year.
So, i'm thinking about to go for IT in future. But i'm confuse and i know allmost all the Programing engineer and hardware newtworking engineer where talking around here. so let me ask you one question to you all.

Some said Mysql will is very good dbms and it will give make you earn alot of money. But some says you have to know both PHP and MYsql. Is Mysql and php is good in market? How did they used?

And my next question is about MCSE?
What is mcse and what are their course and what are they doing after completing MCSE course? is it good future?

which one will make/earn?

Please give me some suggestion if you are confident only pliz....
i don't want to go here and there and learn one, but no jobs and learning new one again.
I need your help...
