You need to load the client portion.
Beware also, the documentation makes reference to /etc/init.d/mysqld which
doesn't exist. The daemon script is actually /etc/init.d/mysql.

Hi All,
I am new to mysql. Please let me know where can I find mysqladmin in
the linux file system.
I have mysql-3.23.41-2 rpm installed.
Most of the mysql bin files are installed in /usr/bin, but I could not
find mysqladmin.
Propably there is another mysql rpm file that contains the client tools.
And you have just installed the server packet.
