Converting SQL to Dia .dia file

Based upon reading information on Dia tools available for Linux Red
Hat 7.3 and Dia (versions 0.90+ but unfortunately I'm stuck with
0.88), I found tools that will convert .dia to .sql (see
http://tedia2sql.tigris.org/). However, that is not what I need.

I am a Dia newbie to the extreme (I've barely even used Visio) and am
used to Oracle's tools that build your relational diagrams for you
with little effort on your part. So now that I don't have that
luxury, I am needing to do just that, convert an existing database
table RDM into a .dia file. The stuff I see online does the opposite
of what I'm looking for.

Is there anything out there I can use to do just that?

Thanx

It only works with PostgreSQL, but if that's satisfactory, that may do
the trick...
