Mysqlimport query

Tom
Hi
I am using the following command to import a csv file into my MySQL
database but for some reason the first column in the CSV file is being
ignored... any thoughts as to why this might be happening?
Asked this in the Win32 forum before realising that might be the wrong
place to ask...

/usr/bin/mysqlimport -d --fields-terminated-by=, --user=root -p
databasename solicitors.csv
