suse9 create/write problem

Hi,

i get the error:
Can't create/write to file './database/tabel.frm' (Errcode: 13)
and understand that's a permission problem!?

I configure the my.cnf and copy to /etc/my.cnf and
/var/lib/my.cnf

Many thanks for any help!
Christian
