Cant write or delete to table

Hi

Can anyone help?

I cant get my php script to insert or delete records into a mysql
table. I can view them all fine but that's about it. I've checked
the user permissions on mysql and have set them all to 'Y' incase that
was the problem but still no joy. Can anyone suggest what the problem
may be? I'm tried the usual RTFM but cant spot the problem

What about users permissions on the tables?
.... and following flush privileges ?

if that won't work, I would install phpMyAdmin it check it from there, if
possible.

Hi thanks for that.....have tried both and still cant get it to write
to the database

I've checked through the permissions and think I have got them all
sorted, but cant spot where the problem is.
