mysql, portmap, and nfs

I've got my nfs shares setup and I'm assuming nfs and portmap must work hand
in hand. My problem is that portmap is using the port(s) that the mysql
server needs to run (111 I think). Which one should I change the ports on
and how do I go about doing such a task?
