SQL question / SQL Parse error (?)

FROM partner_product
WHERE partner_product.pid = 5780 AND
AND partner_product.status = 1));

mysql Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.16

'SELECT product.coid...

Thanks in advance for any assistance...
