Undefined multiple IDs. Taking a decission

Hi all!

I'm beginner in MySQL. Actually, I've developed a couple of very
simple Php-WEB-Mysql interfaces but the one I'm working on now is a
bit more difficult.

Take a building company (BUILDINGCO) that has different PROJECTS in
different places where each project includes PRODUCTS as flat
apartments, shops, parking spots, etc.

I was planning to create a table called BUILDINGCO which lists all the
different PROJECTS they have. Every row would have an INT which will
be the primary key of the projects stored in a table called PROJECTS.
Is that correct?

Then, in the PROJECT table I was planing to store primary IDs of the
products of a table called PRODUCTS (like pointers in C).
The question is: In this PROJECTS table there will be many different
types of products they sell (parking spots, apartments, etc.) This
could be 3 products or 20. Who knows. How do I create this? Do I need
to create multiple columns and only use the ones I need? This doesn't
seem too elegant.
I've got C/C++ backgounds and sometimes get confussed. I'd like an
array which could be resized.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
