OpenOffice and MySQL

I was wondering if anyone here has experience using OpenOffice to create
DataForms for MySQL Server Databases.

If so, I'm having a problem creating a subform with two Parent Forms. I
have products that I want to display, but limit them based on both
CatagoryID and SupplierID.

I have been sucessful in creating a Form for either the Supplier or the
Catagory and Update the Product display properly, but when I try to do both
it never works.
