Handling Very Large Databases in MySQL

Currently I have a database of about 3.5 GB which contains about 5
text fields and to enable fast accesses to search this I have to use
FULL TEXT INDEXES. My server has a RAM of 3.5 GB and I need to find a
way so that I can have fast search process on this database. Please
let me know of the best possible solution.
