Raw partition with InnoDB on Windows 2000

Hello guys !!!
I have MySQL/InnoDB on Windows 2000 and i want to create a RAW
PARTITION to use InnoDB tablespace...

In Linux the configurarion is:
innodb_data_file_path = /dev/hda1:32Gnewraw
innodb_data_home_dir =
and in Windows 2000 ??????????
Tnks in advance...
