moving MySQL

We've run out of disk space and would like to move either the entire MySQL =
system or if possible move the databases. Can this be done without any =
difficulties?

Thanks

It should be just as simple as copying the database folders/files to the new
installation. Or at least it is this simple with *nix. Just remember you
need to update the mysql.* database....but thats easy enough.
