REQ: MySQL Query Syntax Error

I am having this one problem on an app I am writing where it shows the
following error on some error trapping that I did:

Query failed:

Error Number: 1064

Description: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'ON M.UserID =
C.RowID JOIN SRUser AS CC ON M.CoUserID = CC.RowID WHERE M.RowID =' at
line 1

Query: SELECT M.RowID, M.MinistryName, CONCAT_WS(' ', C.FirstName,
C.LastName) AS ChairPerson, CONCAT_WS(' ', CC.FirstName, CC.LastName)
AS CoChairPerson, M.Description, M.Purpose, M.Benefits, M.Functions,
M.Requirements, M.Commitments, M.Frequency, M.ConductCode FROM
Ministry AS M JOIN SRUser AS C ON M.UserID = C.RowID JOIN SRUser AS CC
ON M.CoUserID = CC.RowID WHERE M.RowID = 13

I cannot see the error on this query!?! This looks perfect to me and I
am vary puzzled... I thought an extra set of eyes could shed some
light on the matter! Thanks in advance for the help...

P.S. The version of mySQL I am running this on is 3.23.56
