UDF and row data

Is is possible to create a UDF that accesses the row data for the
current query?

For instance, I want to do like:

SELECT * FROM tbl WHERE myUDF()

and in myUDF(), it checks values from the current row in tbl and
returns true (1) or false (0).

Thanks!
