MySQl data Transfer (Window --> Linux ) How ????

i want to transfer a huge amount of data which is maintained over
windows running PHPTriad. PHPTriad can dump data and schema/structure
into a text file.

now i want to transfer this data to Red Hat Linux 7.2 running
APACH/PHP/MYSQL.....

how can i do ....?
