Help with mysql "referencing"

Hi,

i am really new to mysql so plz dont hit me if i am wrong.

Here the problem:

i have 2 tables.

Voters(IP,Maprated)
Maps(Name,Info)

How can i make mysql to "reference" Maprated to Maps(Name) so that a
SELECT query
on Voters would show me something like this:

IP Map1 Map2 Map3
10.0.0.1 yes no yes
10.0.0.2 no no no

assuming these values in the Maps table:
Name Info
Map1 blah1
Map2 blah2
Map3 blah3

So i am trying to define a table inside the Voters(Maprated) cell wich
is
dynamically changed in reference to Maps(Name) an contains yes/no for
every name .
I dont even know if this is possible, but using a comma separated list
of the already voted map names in Voters(Maprated) seems to me to make
a fool of
WorkingReallyWithADatabase : )

thx,

Etustarr
