Use LIMIT e.g.
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT * FROM table_name LIMIT 1,1

Thanks mwasif,
but i still have the problem...
my query was
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. select * from sample limit 1,1
and the error is

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Server: Msg 170, Level 15, State 1, Line 1
  2. Line 1: Incorrect syntax near '1'.
find me a solution.
