Help with Query

Hi all,

I am not an expert on writing queries and was wondering if someone
could help with a tricky one. I am running MySQL server 4.0.+ on
Redhat Linux 9+.

There are three tables, User, Group and Institute. A user can belong
to multiple groups within the same institute. A user can only belong
to one institute. Now, given a group id, I need to retrieve all users
who are NOT in that group, but are at the same institute. I have an
association table, usertogroup that contains all users in a group with
columns groupid and userid only.

User
-- userid
-- institutionid
-- otherfields

Group
-- groupid
-- institutionid
-- otherfields

usertogroup
-- userid
-- groupid
Any help appreciated.

Regards,
Vikram
