how to handle transaction in mysql-3.23.38 ?

Anyone can tell me how to handle transaction in mysql-3.23.38 ?
i think mysql-3.23.38 support begin and commit command but not rollback command. when i use rollback following error occure

Warning: Some non-transactional changed tables couldn't be rolled back

what should i do ?
or any Alternate of it ?
