Creating Private Mysql account

Hi All
i have webserver , i want to use mysql databases in websites
but
when i installed mysql server i found that
any one have the password for the root can
access to all databases on the server
i know than i can create more then one user but
is there any way to private database for one user
EX:
i want to create user acount named abdoelmasry
He can only use one database but he shouldn't access to other databases on the server

Any one have idea ??

You can (as the 'root' user) grant access to anything in your database. For this question you would user the MySQL GRANT() function, e.g.
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. GRANT ALL ON db_name.* TO abdoelmasry [IDENTIFIED BY 'password']
