I need a temp table

I have two tables. One table has 150 recods the other has 750. the one 750 also the 150 records in it. i wrote the below sql to minus the 150 rows i don't need from the 750. but i need to store the reults in a temp table. can any one help?

use FTDW_h
SELECT *
FROM dbo.jay_playerlist_50 AS U

WHERE NOT EXISTS (SELECT *
FROM dbo.jay_playerlist AS B
WHERE B.player_key = U.player_key)

SELECT * into xyz
FROM dbo.jay_playerlist_50 AS U
