MySQL REPLICATION help!?

1
Hello,
i'm trying to setup replication with mysql.
the master server is "MySQL version 5.0.27"
and the slave server is: "MySQL version 5.0.27".

so there shouldn't be any issues here.

when i start the slave I find this error message in the mysqld log:

061203 23:57:09 [ERROR] While trying to obtain the list of slaves from the master 'my_domain.com:3306', user 'SlaveUserAccount' got the following error: 'Access denied; you need the REPLICATION SLAVE privilege for this operation'
061203 23:57:09 [Note] Slave I/O thread exiting, read up to log 'mysql-bin.000002', position 447841

does anyone know what i've done wrong here?

any help would be great!

cheers,
-Ken
