excel to mysql

Hi

How do i write an excel doc so i can insert it into mysql as follow?

I have a user and e-mail table. I want to know how must i write it in excel so once i import it with mysql it will work?

Or even if you have a form or other type op thing to process it will work.

THE SIMPLES WAY WILL BE SAVE THE EXCEL FILE AS somename.csv

and then use imposrt from csv option

Try Applying A Formula On Collum

Col1 & "," & Col2 & "," & Col3 .......

Noe Copy The Content Of This Column Into A Text File
And Then Imposrt From The Text File

Dont forget the quotes , i forgot in my prev post
