Mysql accesing error

Hi i can not access the site. This is the message Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (11) in /home/caprorg/public_html/sys/db.class.php on line 110
Can't go on, DB not initialized.

Need help to solve this problem.
