Hi,

Sorry for the vagueness . I'm not even sure if I'm posting this in the correct area.
I am new to crystal reports. I am trying to create a report from Simply Accounting.
Our company has sales in WA, OR and CA. I need to create a report which groups customers by item number as well as filter out state sales.

Example:

Customer X

Item# Widget 1

Invoice# date quantity amount

1 5/9/6 3 3000
4 5/16/6 2 2000
total 5 5000

Item# Widget 2

Invoice# date quantity amount

1 5/9/6 1 500
4 5/16/6 3 1500
total 4 2000

Currently I am using tables: tCustomr, tCusTr, tCusTrDt, tITRec, tITLULi.

I have figured out how to create a report to report total sales by customer by state but cannot pick out individual items.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hello everyone,

I am a new simply accounting user and want to customize my report. For example, how I can add one column in G/L report? Thanks very much in advance.
