Localhost denied access HELP! :)

Ok, I was making some changes in privileges and must have deleted the
localhost account... it seems I'm pretty much locked out. Is there any
documentation for this scenario? Or documentation to reinstall Mysql
and import the .MYD files? (yes, I'm pretty new to all this) :(

Any pointers in the right direction would be much appreciated!

Perhaps I should mention this is a WinDoze 2003 Server.

Thanks Bill!

I ended up reinstalling Mysql (I know, brunt force). ;) Quite sweet
the way it picks up the old MYD's automagically. :)

I'll have a look at the suggested document none-the-less, again,
thanks!
