Need to automate adding a file to MySQL as it uploads to webserver!

Hi

I need to load a csv file into mysql, which is easy enough. But I need
it to be automated so when the file is uploaded to my webserver, it
will automatically load the file to update table data.

Any help would be brill.

Cheers
Shahram

Why not cron a job to go off every, say five minutes or so to check for an
updated file?
