Macros for MySQL ?

Hi,
Im just working on transfering my access database on MySQL,
Is there any GUI tool which allows to add, modify data in tables (I
cant use PHP my Admin) ?

I also need write some "macros" to transform data, can I shedule
executing SQL statement regulary ?

Navicat is a good mysql frontend.

As for macros you can schedule scripts via your os. I don't know if you
can do it internally... either way should be pretty easy. One unix /
linux the standard scheduler is 'cron'.
