Being such as great program, I assume it has a great manual. If it were
me then I would read the manual and find out if it has the "possibilty to
schedule automatic data import[s]".

If it has a command line interface then use that in conjuntion with cron
(or whatever).

Great programs are usually so mouseful that you can't do anything
automatically without the use of a cat (a hardware device which
pushes a mouse around).

If it can be used in a mousefree mode, programs are often
scheduled with cron.
