GUI for MySQL

I am new to MySQL and database.
I would like to create a database for an online system.

May I know are there any GUI tools for database creation?
Is MySQL Query Browser suitable as query editor?
I m currently using win XP as my OS.

true, but it's not THAT expensive and IMHO worth it if you're administering
more than one database. Plus, part of the cost is MySQL licensing, so I
don't mind MySQL getting a bit of $$$ for a product that I've used often
and has generated me $$$$ indirectly.
