mysqld cannot access innodb

Dear Sirs,

I can not start MySQL server.
More specifically, MySQL was running fine all the time since
installation. It stopped working after I used FmPro Migrator to convert
some File Maker databases to MySQL

It looks like mysqld has no access permissions to InnoDB and I do not
know how to fix it.

LOG:

The following message is written to MySQL log

030807 11:56:24 mysqld started
030807 11:56:24 InnoDB: Operating system error number 13 in a file
operation.
InnoDB: See http://www.innodb.com/ibman.html for installation help.
InnoDB: The error means mysqld does not have the access rights to
InnoDB: the directory.
InnoDB: File name ./ibdata1

I am having a major issue with strongly typed datasets. I have been using the Server Explorer in VS.net 2003 to add tables from the database into a DataSet. I cannot access the rows or columns of some of the DataTables. What can I do to fix this, or why can I not do this? I cannot find any information on the topic. Here is an example: TypedDataSet ds = new TypedDataSet(); // fill tables

Hello, There is a enterprise web application that is based on asp.net technologies and works on Microsoft IIS. The total number of users is 850. When the load of system gets very high, the system stops working and all users are receiving an error (see at the bottom). Doing IISRESET or restarting server helps (but just until the next big load). Additional information: - Server OS MS Windows Server 2003 Standard edition SP1

When I access the dbase from someone else’s computer ( logged on as that person), I have compete control. When I try to access the dbase as myself, this is the error I get ' The...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
