Noise on the screen

Hello my friends, my question is does the electrical field affect my PC screen view ? because I can find some noise on the screen like some kind of invisible lines repeating continuously.
It's annoying although it's not easy to notice sometimes.

Another question is how can I remove this noise ?

Waiting for your help , I would provide more Information but English isn't my first language so ,
you can ask me if you needed any.

Thanks in advance.
