How to fix a Droid og touchscreen that is uncalibrated?

Droid 1 does not have a calibration feature, but my phone has started to not click exactly where I touch it but a little bit to the right. When I try and use the on screen keyboard, I cannot touch the rightmost buttons such as m and the backspace key. I have looked for apps to fix this but found none. What can I do to solve it?
