As far as I know, we don't have yet the best. Because it always depends on your use cases. But If you're gonna ask a azure devoloper he/she probably tell you that MS Azure is the best and on the other hand if you ask a AWS Developer what is the best. No doubt he'll say that AWS is the best. Anyway I use AWS. And AWS comes with allot of services for storing data. The cheapest one is the S3. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/s3/index.html. So there you go.

I hope it helps :D

It depends upon what data that you are saving, "in the cloud" which means on someone else's computer, somewhere else.

If you are using the data locally yourself then, if you can, save it in the same format that you use locally. It can be that simple. Do not make it complicated. Cloud computing is currently for the most part, anti-secure, so just send the data as you use it. If you really are willing to dig for facts about that last statement, then look deep into the history of UEFI. Otherwise, send the data as you use it.
