Android

Hi Team,
I am new to android development. I started to develop an app in which when a user goes and stand in front of the house, I have to find the type of the house(Is it concrete, asbestos, etc.) .
I thought of triggering the camera and capture the photo of the home and use image processing to find the type of house based on the colour code. But it is a tedious process. Please suggest me some other way???
