Have an App idea, so many general questions!!!

Hi,

I am not a developer but I believe I have a good idea for an app which I want to get developed but am curious about some of the behind the scenes of an app.

My app involves the information being updated every day with new pictures and content. How does this work? After i get a developer to create my app do i then have control over updating it? How do i update? Do i have access to update the content by going online on a computer? if not how do i update the app on a daily basis?

I hope this isnt too silly of a question :)

The questions are so generic, I can only answer generically.

How does this work?
Depends on how it's developed.

After i get a developer to create my app do i then have control over updating it?
The developer can develop it in such a way, yes.

How do i update?
This question is the same thing as the first question. Depends on how it's developed.

Do i have access to update the content by going online on a computer?
This is just a variation on the second question. The developer can develop it in such a way, yes.
