how to send images consecutive to androidphone from pc?

i need to send images to androis phone in every second when i sent one image it work but when i try to send it in endless loop it doest not work

when I try this from computer to computer while using java jpeg encoder and decoder classed it works (only jdk5-6 7 doesnot support these classes?) but
in this project android side bitmapfactory and computer side jpeg encoder does not work ? any idea how can i send images consecutive to android from pc in addition when i try to send just one image it work every situation
