can we convert a pdf file into a jar file

I want to know how are ebooks for mobile in jar format been made

A jar is just a compressed file format. Jar is like zip. You can "convert" anything into a jar just by using the jar tool to compress it.

Jar is not a compressed file format.its a java platform file for mobiles.
i think its rar you are talking about.
