Recycle Bin for Mobile

I am new in mobile development technology. I want's to creat a Recycle Bin utility for mobile. What should i do? Mean for making Recycle Bin what knowledge and information and tools can be used?

Well... I dont think this is possible without editing the OS somehow. I guess if you could figure out how to add a value to the tap and hold menu for clicking on files and folders you could kick off a mini aplication to move the selected file to a folder instead of deleting it..... But I don't know if that is even possible. Can't say it's somthing I have ever thought of doing.

Have you done create this application,.?

How about create the file explorer on mobile like on windows, and also create the recycle bin feature,.?
