How to track the location of a person in a building

hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to track location of a person inside the building that too in C#,if some one is working with map suites can help me in this context.

well GPS won't work indoors as it needs line of sight with the sattelites above the earth.

Is this a hypothetical or serious question?

Some building tracking systems use security cameras/scanners everywhere. The software extrapolates the person's location by the signals given by 2 or more devices.

Or do you mean on a global scale, eg in any building?
